Job Description

Description The Senior Accountant is an individual contributor within the Victoria's Secret North America Stores Financial Reporting team, primarily responsible for preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation schedules, performing analysis on current accruals and determining appropriate methodology to calculate accruals, as well as assisting with the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate/financial reporting. Responsible for compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies, as well as adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.

Other Responsibilities:

Provide forecasts to finance partners Analyze material fluctuations and providing explanations to leadership/External Reporting Lead ad-hoc projects as requested Follow up on outstanding issues on a timely basis with minimal supervision Identify areas of improvement and execute plans for implementation of process improvements Provide support with internal and external audit activities Click here for benefit details related to this position.
