Project Controller

A growing organization is seeking a Project Controller to support project managers and leadership by providing accurate financial insights, cost control, and project performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to project financials, and enjoys partnering closely with operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.

Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance and cost‑to‑complete analyses.

Build and maintain ROI models for CAPEX projects.

Track and reconcile Construction in Progress (CIP) and ensure timely capitalization.

Partner with project managers to align financials with project timelines and deliverables.

Monitor KPIs and project milestones.

Support project proposals through cost estimation and financial modeling.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and accounting standards.

Assist with internal and external audits.

Identify financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations.

Maintain organized project financial documentation.
