Job Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses Manage daily data imports and maintain financial records Assist the Financial Controller with reporting and projects Analyze and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness Support audit requests as needed Cross-train with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for added team flexibility Utilize automated accounting systems for efficient financial processing Work within the full monthly accounting cycle (G/L, A/P, A/R)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional demeanor that reflects the values of F.C. Ziegler Co.
