full-time LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Senior Cost Accountant for our client in Tulsa, OK. This direct hire opportunity is onsite. We are seeking an applicant with a strong cost systems background and excellent data analytics skills. This role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, as well as performing month-end closures and account reconciliations. Responsibilities:
Prepare cost analysis and financial reports timely and accurately Conduct detailed inventory account analysis Maintain cost accounting for materials and analyze manufacturing costs Perform GL account reconciliations Manage month end closing activities Review cost center expenses and maintain records of receipts and disbursements Participate in audits Assist with annual and monthly forecasting Post journal entries and inventory adjustments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Good understanding of General Accounting and Cost Accounting principles Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and product costing SAP or ERP systems experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness of analysis reports and complete work in timely manner Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000.
