$60,000 - $75,000

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team and support both day-to-day accounting and ongoing process improvement initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on cost accounting, ERP improvements, and working with different departments across the organization.
Job Duties:
Support improvements and development of the company's costing processes within the ERP system Assist with General Ledger mapping and accounting setup within the manufacturing system Prepare and maintain required reporting and assist with compliance-related accounting requirements Prepare and post journal entries, complete General Ledger reconciliations, and assist with month-end close Work with various departments to improve accounting processes and procedures Assist with costing, ERP, and other accounting-related projects as needed Identify process or compliance issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent applicable experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with different departments Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills preferred Experience with an ERP system or ability to quickly learn new accounting software Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to work additional hours when needed during busy periods Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
