Job Description:

Senior Accountant | Renewable Energy | Central Oregon | $100K-$125K A fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Senior Accountant to help accelerate the month-end close process, improve reporting, and drive accounting process improvements. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Controller and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations Manage general ledger and intercompany accounting Analyze financial results and investigate unusual variances Support budgeting, forecasting, and job costing Assist with audits and strengthen internal controls Mentor junior accounting staff and help improve systems and processes

Qualifications:
