C&C Constructors is currently seeking a self motivated, detail driven Accountant to join our team.

General Requirements:
Must have at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business and be proficient and have knowledge or past experience in accounting practices. Must be proficient in excel (ie pivot tables, formulas, etc), and possess the ability to work independently, problem solve and work with others. Experience with Sage 100 Contractor is a plus. Pay dependent on experience. 40 hours per week. Benefits include medical/dental, retirement, and paid time off. Accounting Tasks Review, process and code vendor invoices to correct divisions and process payments Ensure jobs are billed timely Maintain spreadsheets for prepaid expenses, fuel, fixed assets, inventory, trucking, etc. Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile GL accounts Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Ensure accuracy and integrity of general ledger and all financial records Prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies Weekly payroll and payroll reporting Support departments with financial questions and reporting.
Pay:
$27.50 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
