Staff Accountant:
Process AP and AR, including invoices, collections, deposits, allocations, and P-card reconciliations Prepare journal entries, bank and account reconciliations, and support month-end close Monitor daily cash activity, transfers, and outstanding items Assist with audits, grant reporting, compliance, and administrative accounting support What you bring as a
Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries Strong Excel and accounting system skills Nice to have: Government, school district, nonprofit, or fund accounting experience Grant or audit exposure Timing is everything.
