Staff Accountant

We're hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team in Lake Oswego. This is a fully in-office, hands-on role supporting a growing real estate and loan servicing portfolio. You'll work closely with leadership and be part of a collaborative, detail-driven team. If you enjoy working with financial data, value accuracy, and want to grow into a senior-level role over time, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close Maintain and organize financial records and transaction data Assist with billing processes and payment tracking Apply and reconcile incoming payments Support escrow-related tracking (taxes, insurance, etc.) Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency What We're Looking For 2-5 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GL activity and reconciliations High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets Solid Excel skills (lookups, sorting, basic formulas) Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar is a plus) Team-oriented with strong communication skills Work Environment This is a full-time, fully in-office role in Lake Oswego, OR .
