We're looking for an Accountant Associate to join our team and help ensure the accurate processing of real estate and personal property invoices across our growing organization. In this role, you'll work closely with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Real Estate, Dealership Accounting, and other business partners to support financial controls, maintain vendor relationships, and contribute to the accuracy of our accounting operations.Location:

$19.25-$28.85/hr; Typical starting pay is $19.25-24.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You'll Do Process and accurately code real estate and personal property invoices while ensuring timely payment to vendors. Review recurring and significant invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy throughout the month. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Respond to and resolve inquiries from vendors, dealerships, and corporate stakeholders. Create and maintain fixed asset records within the fixed asset system. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Real Estate, and other departments to support financial reporting and operational needs. Maintain strong professional relationships and provide timely communication regarding transaction status and issue resolution. What You'll Bring Progress toward a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. (Interest in CPA) Experience working with invoices, accounts payable, accounting support, bookkeeping, or financial operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to communicate effectively with both corporate and dealership personnel.
