$60,000-$70,000 Are you seeking an accounting position where your contributions have real impact? We are partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in search of a Staff Accountant to support their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a range of accounting tasks, thrives in a team-oriented setting, and is motivated by supporting meaningful community-focused work. Key Responsibilities:
Staff Accountant Oversee accounting activities for designated programs or departments Review general ledger entries and supporting documents for accuracy and adherence to internal guidelines Process and monitor accounts payable through established approval workflows Audit corporate card transactions for proper coding and documentation Prepare and record journal entries Handle incoming cash entries and postings for assigned areas Support month-end close processes and general ledger upkeep Generate financial reports through the organization's accounting platform
Preferred Qualifications:
