Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience and strong ERP system expertise. This role will support the month-end close process, maintain accurate financial records, and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracyPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, accruals)Assist with month-end and year-end close processesAnalyze financial data and investigate variancesSupport AP/AR processes as needed, including invoice review and payment trackingMaintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciationAssist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentationEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsPartner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and reporting
