Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and record journal entries; maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules; and ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and timely. Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, perform account analyses, investigate variances, and resolve accounting discrepancies. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses. Assist with SEC reporting requirements, including the preparation of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and other public company filings, as assigned. Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies, U.S.GAAP, SOX
requirements, and internal control standards; maintain supporting documentation and accounting procedures. Support internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, schedules, analyses, and other required documentation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, accounting system enhancements, process improvements, special projects, and operational efficiency initiatives. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned. $60,000 - 70,000 annually. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with company match.
