Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Project Costing:

Track expenditures related to specific projects, ensuring accurate allocation of supplies and field equipment.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Manage vendor relationships and oversee client invoicing.

Grant & R D Tracking:

Assist in tracking expenditures for Grant and Research & Development tax credits.

Compliance:

Ensure all financial practices align with GAAP and environmental regulations.

Payroll:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance Industry Experience:

3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates from scientific, biotech, or engineering backgrounds.

Analytical Rigor:

Meticulous Detail:

High level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation, critical for specialized chemical procurement and tax compliance.

Regulatory Knowledge:
