Job Description:
Senior Accountant / Finance Manager - Up to $90k Our client, a growing real estate investment company, is hiring a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee accounting and finance for multiple operating businesses and a portfolio of real estate investment entities. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. •5 days onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation. Prepare monthly reporting packages, cash flow analysis, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting. Oversee treasury and cash management across multiple entities, including bank transfers, capital calls, and investor distributions. Coordinate with external accountants on tax filings, audits, 1099s, and compliance reporting. Support ownership with financial reporting, investment analysis, personal financial statements, and special projects. Maintain financial records for approximately 15 real estate investment entities while identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management. CPA or real estate accounting experience is a plus.
