full-time Senior Accountant - $70,000 to $80,000 We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in the construction and real estate industry. This is a hands-on accounting position with broad responsibility across financial reporting, project accounting, and multiple business entities. The role offers strong visibility within the organization and room for continued professional growth. What You'll Be Doing Manage core accounting activities across multiple entities Support monthly financial reporting and closing activities Track the financial performance of active construction and development projects Maintain accurate project costs, billing information, and supporting documentation Handle account reconciliations and assist with AP and AR functions Provide accounting support for real estate/property operations Assist with payroll and other recurring accounting requirements Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems What We're Looking For Accounting or Finance degree 3+ years of well-rounded accounting experience Experience in a project-based accounting environment is strongly preferred Familiarity with construction or real estate accounting would be a significant advantage Comfortable working with financial schedules, reconciliations, and detailed project data Strong Excel skills and experience working within accounting software Able to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Someone looking for a role where they can grow beyond transactional accounting and take on greater responsibility over time This is fully onsite in Lancaster.
