This is a newly created position due to company growth and acquisition activity, offering strong long-term career potential and exposure to a dynamic business environment. This position will report 100% onsite. Looking to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger Prepare journal entries and financial reports Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Support AP and AR processes Conduct cost analysis and assist with manufacturing cost tracking Assist with internal and external audit preparation Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and controls

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 3+ years of accounting experience required Manufacturing industry experience required Experience with QuickBooks required ERP system experience preferred Strong Excel and analytical skills Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
