Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services for a variety of clients Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting schedules Assist with payroll processing and related accounting activities Identify and research accounting discrepancies and recommend solutions Communicate directly with clients to obtain information, answer questions, and provide support Work collaboratively with team members to meet client deadlines and deliver high-quality service Maintain accurate and organized client records The position can be based out of our Camp Hill or Lancaster, PA offic e and travel to client locations in the area is also required on an as needed basis. Associate Degree in Accounting preferred Superior communication skills Ability to travel to clients as needed Strong time management skills Desire and ability to grow and advance in this role Ability to work independently & as part of a team Valid drivers license or reliable transportationExperience:

Actual salary offers may vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: individual qualifications, experience, licensure, skills, geographical location and market conditions.
