Lenape Valley Foundations Fiscal Department is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our mission-driven team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in accounting while contributing to accurate financial reporting and effective fiscal operations in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You BringBachelors degree in accounting or finance (Masters preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteAn innate attention to detailStrong analytical mindset with a passion for problem solvingThe ability to work independently Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)Your RolePerform accurate and timely accounting functionsPrepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliationsSubmit complete and timely financial reportsAssist the Accounting Team with special projectsSupport annual audit preparation and reconciliationPrepare monthly allocations for Admin, Payroll, and other expensesAssist with annual budgets and monthly Board Financial ReportsPerform other duties as neededAbout Lenape Valley FoundationSince 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
