- 47298) NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Jul/22/2026 Job Description As an Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our title insurance, property management, and real estate companies.
Primary responsibilities include:
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations. Managing escrow account maintenance and ensuring compliance with escrow regulations. Processing and reconciling title file disbursements. Maintaining property management accounting records, including entering invoices, processing vendor payments, and tracking operating expenses. Preparing monthly owner statements and ensuring accurate reporting of income and expenses for managed properties. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Monitoring cash balances and maintaining accurate financial records. Preparing journal entries and supporting financial reporting. Maintaining the general ledger and supporting account reconciliations. Assisting with monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly escrow/trust reconciliations and monitoring outstanding checks and escrow exceptions. Coordinating with external CPA firms, auditors, and assisting with year-end and 1099 reporting. Supporting accounting process improvements, internal controls, and maintaining the confidentiality of Company and client financial information Providing accounting support across the company's title insurance, property management, and real estate brokerage operations.Qualifications:
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the highest level of integrity when handling company, client, and escrow funds.
