Job Description
Senior Accountant / Finance Manager - Up to $90k Our client, a privately held REIT, is hiring a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, and operational finance activities across multiple entities. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to ownership and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. •100% Onsite Responsibilities Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple operating companies and real estate investment entities Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and treasury management activities Coordinate with external accountants on tax filings, 1099 reporting, audits, and compliance matters Support investor reporting, partnership distributions, and ownership reporting requirements Monitor cash balances, funding needs, and intercompany transactions across entities Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting or finance experience Real estate accounting experience strongly preferred CPA or CPA-track candidates are a plus
