Langhorne, PA Department:
Finance Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting. Or Associate's degree plus 5-10 years of experience.
Duties:
Support financial statement close and system of internal control by compiling revenue and performing monthly account reconciliation for AR. Shall include maintenance of all estimates for unbilled AR and contractual allowance. (16-24/month) Learn execution of billing functionality. Support the revenue function of company by acting as backup to Billing Director for claims analysis, distribution, and information systems support. Welligent (PMHC's EHR) experience preferred. (15-20/week) Support the CFO during financial statement close by analyzing balance sheet and income statement amounts. (12-16/month) Act as primary technical interface with department leaders for the company's budget. Support the CFO in analyzing and compiling the annual budget. Prepare monthly budget to actual results and distribute to departments. (Seasonal 20/week; non-seasonal 8/month) Assist CFO in preparing monthly financial statements for presentation to the Board and other stakeholders. (12/month) Support the ongoing production of metrics for the company's operation including comparison to budget or other benchmarks. (20/month) Support update of critical workflows for departmental operations. Prepare rate request analysis for future rate requests with County and/or other payers. (periodic) Cash flow reporting. Compare actual results to forecast. (5/month) Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting, sitting on the floor or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, ability to move quickly in a crisis situation, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time.
