Responsibilities may include:

Process ACH totals daily including ACH exceptions and return items Review and process share draft exceptions Process and manage ACH Originations Serve as primary liaison between members and the Credit Union on issues involving share draft and ACH services Ensure compliance with share draft and ACH rules and regulations Processes Writs, Levies, IRS notices within regulatory requirements Process or assist in processing incoming or outgoing wire transfers Assist in operating the accounting department in accordance to required regulations, GAAP, and board approved policy and procedures Prepare general ledger accounts reconciliations as assigned. Research and resolve any exceptions noted Maintain accounting files, records, and reports in accordance with guiding procedures and regulations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing Back-up and remain actively cross-trained for departmental work

Qualifications:

Requires at least three years of experience in a financial institution clerical, accounting, or related operational position. Associates or Bachelors' degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Requires professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for communicating with vendors, members, and co-workers Fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Microsoft Office experience with proficiency in Excel and Word required Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detailed oriented To apply: Send updated resume to recblid ekn0ntpqtuzemtgk7xkiqraa9fw6qo
