Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and balance sheets reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
Posting a managing bi-weekly statement.
Analysis of costs/margins for various products.
Prepare weekly sales & payroll reports.
Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Assist with inventory at various locations.
