Job Description:

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company, with potential growth opportunities. This position blends core accounting, accounts payable, and supply chain support, and offers hands-on exposure to ERP systems Responsibilities Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and inventory accounting. Oversee and analyze accounts payable activity, including purchase orders, invoices, and three-way matching. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely payments and financial transactions. Analyze inventory, manufacturing expenses, purchasing activity, and other operational costs. Support revenue forecasting and Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting for applicable contracts. Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, process improvements, and other accounting projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 2+ years of progressive accounting experience; Senior Accountant or strong Staff Accountant experience preferred. Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience is strongly preferred, with PoC accounting experience a plus. Strong experience with journal entries, month-end close, AP, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Strong Excel and ERP skills; experience with Global Shop Solutions or OneStream is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
