Accountant Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close processes. The Accountant will prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Support internal and external financial reporting, including variance analysis. Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready financial records. The Accountant will collaborate with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate general ledger accounting. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial review activities. The Accountant will identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, accuracy, and internal controls. Qualifications for Accountant Role 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting procedures. Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. EB-1885813141
