The Staff Accountant will process AIA billing and ensure timely, accurate invoicing for construction projects. Maintain job cost records and support project accounting functions. The Staff Accountant will assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Review vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. The Staff Accountant will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to support financial reporting and project profitability. Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant Role 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry. Previous experience with AIA billing is required. Experience with job costing, month-end close, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Strong understanding of construction accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
