Certified Public Accountant EP Caine & Associates

- Wayne, PA Certified Public Accountant (CPA) We are an established CPA firm located in Wayne, PA, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accountant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional who values collaboration, professional growth, and delivering exceptional client service in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual, nonprofit, and trust tax returns. Conduct tax planning and provide proactive tax compliance guidance to clients. Assist with tax notice resolution and other advisory projects as needed. Communicate directly with clients to answer questions, explain tax matters, and build long-term relationships. Stay current on federal and state tax law changes. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed. What We are
Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly to clients. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to professional excellence. Client-focused mindset, with a genuine ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting. Active CPA license (EA credential will be considered). Minimum of 5 years of current public accounting experience. Strong knowledge of current tax law and tax software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiarity with QuickBooks.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, in-office position (Wayne, PA). Monday through Friday, with additional hours required during tax season.

Compensation:
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Salary range $120,000 to $140,000.
