Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual, nonprofit, and trust tax returns. Conduct tax planning and provide proactive tax compliance guidance to clients. Assist with tax notice resolution and other advisory projects as needed. Communicate directly with clients to answer questions, explain tax matters, and build long-term relationships. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting. Active CPA license (EA credential will be considered). Minimum of 5 years of current public accounting experience. Strong knowledge of current tax law and tax software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiarity with QuickBooks.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, in-office position (Wayne, PA). Monday through Friday, with additional hours required during tax season.

Compensation:

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Salary range $120,000 to $140,000.
