Job Description

401(k) Plan Administrator Premier Retirement Partners is a Third Party Administration firm which provides retirement plan consulting and administration. We are seeking a full-time team member for our Madison office. After meeting training criteria, there is the option to work remotely for part of the work week.
Job Responsibilities:
The person in this position will be responsible for all phases of administration for their assigned caseload. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Determination of plan eligibility and calculating employer contributions Reconciliation of plan assets Annual compliance testing to ensure plan is compliant with government regulations Preparation of annual IRS/DOL Form 5500 and related schedules Review plan distributions including loans, hardships and required minimum distributions Communicate and work with plan sponsors, investment advisors and accountants Respond to requests via phone and email Maintain a working knowledge of government regulations as they pertain to retirement plans Willingness to work some additional hours during the busiest season Additional responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Extremely detail oriented Excellent mathematical, analytical and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel Highly self-motivated and directed Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Ability to conscientiously and professionally fulfill your assigned responsibilities Preferred degree or experience in Accounting, Finance or related field Associates degree required.
