Accountant•100% Remote#26-05080 Milwaukee, WI Remote Contract Starts 6/08/2026 Ends 6/11/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Accountant•Remote position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

$20.00•$23.00 per hour. This role involves performing day-to-day transactional accounting for the client's field offices nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including AP,mission processing, and period close activities. Key responsibilities include processing vouchers in JD Edwards, entering journal entries, andpleting monthly reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

Perform transactional accounting for the client's field offices Process vouchers, enter journal entries, and processmissions using JD Edwards Complete monthly period-closing reconciliations Assist with payroll and 1099 processing Train new contractors and maintain relationships with assigned offices Handle office-specific accounting projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries (debits/credits) Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Excellent professionalmunication skills, both written and verbal Able tomit to the position for at least one year Desired skills: Experience with the JD Edwards accounting system Experience withmissions processing Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
