Complete the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders, supporting key business decisions. Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and internal controls. Mentor junior accounting staff, helping to build a high-performing team. Partner closely with HR and legal team on specialized accounting mattersQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a large, complex organization or public accounting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
