Accountant Hybrid Schedule | Excellent Benefits | Flexible Work Environment | Growth Opportunity An established organization is seeking an Accountant to join its accounting team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of accounting experience ; however, recent Accounting or Finance graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered at the lower end of the compensation range. Responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries Perform general ledger and account reconciliations Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Research and resolve account discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support internal and external audit requests Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Approximately 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred Recent graduates with relevant accounting internship experience are encouraged to apply Understanding of accounting principles and GAAP Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team Position Highlights Hybrid work schedule Excellent benefits package Flexible and supportive work environment Strong work-life balance Career growth and professional development opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional—or a recent graduate with strong internship experience—seeking a flexible hybrid environment, excellent benefits, stability, and long-term career growth.
