$60,000-$80,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Gain hands-on experience across multiple entities and accounting functions Build expertise in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting Work with both domestic and international teams, expanding your global accounting exposure Develop a strong foundation in US GAAP and internal controls Participate in process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency Exposure to audits and compliance activities, helping strengthen your technical accounting skills Opportunity to work with a variety of ERP and financial systems Collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth Visibility across finance and business teams through cross-functional projects Strong platform for advancement within a dynamic accounting organization Key Responsibilities Prepare and post month-end journal entries accurately and within established deadlines Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls Complete intercompany receivable and payable reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules and required documentation Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and ad hoc accounting requests What You'll Bring Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience Working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, and formulas Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, or Sage Fixed Assets Familiarity with IBM i / AS400 environments SQL knowledge Multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction accounting experience CPA designation or progress toward CPA #AccountingJobs #Accountant #FinanceCareers #GeneralLedger #MonthEndClose #USGAAP #CorporateAccounting #AuditSupport #NetSuite #DynamicsNAV #CPA #HiringNow EB-2120838028
