The Role:

Accountant vs. Senior Accountant Accountant Responsibilities Manage A/P, A/R, reconciliations, expense tracking, and general ledger activity Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks and FieldClix Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Assist with the month-end close and reporting Support project cost tracking and job costing Partner with field and operations teams Senior Accountant Responsibilities Lead or own the month-end and year-end close processes Review reconciliations, journal entries, and reports Analyze financial data and support decision-making Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Improve accounting processes and controls Serve as a trusted partner to leadership

Requirements:

What You Bring

AT LEAST

2+ years of accounting or finance experience Construction, telecom, or field services experience is a plus Strong QuickBooks experience Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills High attention to detail and strong follow-through Comfort in a fast-paced, growing environment

Primarily in-office, hybrid flexibility over time
