POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be involved in all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, support other daily accounting functions, and will work with our accounting team in Oregon with accounting projects as they arise. You may work fully in-person or hybrid; we require two days per week in person (Monday and one other day of your choice).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general bookkeeping duties in Netsuite for A/P and A/R
- Assist in various sales tax reporting
- Filing and record keeping associated with the office
- Assist controller with paperwork as needed and special projects
- General all-around office accounting duties
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Required:
o Degree in accounting OR 2+ years' experience in accounting o Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) o Experience with any accounting software (Quickbooks, Netsuite, etc.) o Fit with RLVNT Core Values (Attitude of Servitude, All in the Same Boat, Belief in the Individual) o Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, suppliers and customers o Ability to work as a contributing member of a team with little direct supervision o Detail-oriented o Critical thinker o Sense of humor o Assertive o Self-motivated- Helpful
- Experience with: o Accounting and inventory systems in a production environment o Netsuite ERP and/or MRP systems
EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES

- DOE, range is 52K-70K.
