Job Description

Local management company is growing! We are searching for an individual contributor and team player with the following skills for part time or full time employment. Work from home available, must be within 30 miles of San Marcos, Tx.
  • Salary flexible with experience
  • Miscellaneous office tasks
  • Accounting experience of 2 years or more required
  • Proficient in QuickBooks; QuickBooks Pro 2016 preferred
  • Experienced bookkeeper in all aspects of Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivables invoicing reconciliation; Bank Accounts reconciliation
  • Accounting Degree mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Confident to complete assignments autonomously
  • Competitive starting hourly wage based on skill level
  • Performance based advancement opportunities available
  • Hours of operation - 8:30am to 4:30pm; Monday through Friday possible
