Junior Accountant We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Akron. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and helping with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, strong mathematical skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Help with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Assist with audit preparations
• Communicate with various departments to gather necessary information for financial reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting role is a plus

Salary:

Starting salary: $900 per month

Location:
