V&R Accounting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our professional team. Qualifications Minimum of two years of accounting experience required Income tax preparation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and data management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Primary Responsibilities Provide monthly bookkeeping and accounting services for assigned business clients Prepare financial reports and reconcile client accounts Assist with payroll processing and related payroll tax filings Assist with individual and business income tax preparation during tax season Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting and tax matters Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality Benefits We believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally.
