Our crews are specially trained and equipped to take every project from bid to completion, and many of our foremen and office staff have been with the company for 5 to 25+ years. That kind of tenure isn't an accident — it reflects our commitment to the trade and to our people. The Role Bodine is looking for an experienced Administrative Lead to own the administrative backbone of every project we run, from client intake through final invoice. You'll be the point of coordination between incoming clients, crew leads, and the Owner — drafting project bids and sending out estimates, responding to client questions, and making sure every completed job gets billed accurately and on time. This role reports directly to the Owner. It is a strong fit for someone who's worked in client-facing administration roles in the construction industry and is comfortable leveraging digital tools to streamline administrative tasks. What You'll Do Use Housecall Pro and Google Business Suite to manage the administrative work across a construction project's full lifecycle, from initial client intake through project closeout Respond to incoming client requests promptly and professionally Draft and send client estimates in partnership with construction crew leads and the Owner Invoice clients for completed work Provide administrative support for projects requiring permits What You Bring 3-5 years of experience as an administrator in a construction-related field Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-facing, professional tone and an eye for detail Comfort coordinating with crew leads and translating fieldwork into accurate estimates and invoices Solid organizational skills and the ability to track multiple projects at different stages simultaneously Sound judgment and discretion Experience with Housecall Pro or similar project management software is a major plus Location and Hours This position is based at Bodine's office in Lynnwood, WA with the option to work remotely part time after a transition period. As a full-time, exempt position, work hours will vary based on project needs. Typically, Bodine's administrative team is in the office from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
