Tax Accountant/ Manager

What you'll doCompile and deliver accurate monthly financial reports and annual tax documents on time for a portfolio of corporate and individual clientsPrepare federal and state income tax returns for business entities and individual filersServe as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their operations and proactively surfacing tax-saving opportunitiesConsult directly with clients to provide tailored guidance on tax planning and financial strategyCoordinate payroll reporting, corporate documentation, and business summaries as part of the monthly close cycleIdentify referral opportunities and support business development efforts that qualify for performance bonusesWhat you need3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm in an equivalent roleBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experienceActive CPA license or a documented path toward CPA certificationNice to haveExperience advising clients across multiple industries manufacturing, professional services, real estateFamiliarity with tax software platforms common in public accounting environmentsPrior experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior staffPay and benefits
