A well-respected firm in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a hands-on bookkeeper/ accountant to join their FP&A/ Business Advisory Services Team. They are a firm that focuses on their client's total picture. This is a highly collaborative team that allows plenty of room for growth, a hybrid work environment, and excellent benefits! Functions:
Demonstrate strong communication skills by answering routine bookkeeping questions Maintain client relationships Be able to learn and adapt to new software's, systems, and processes. Associate Advisor (Staff Accountant/ CAS Associate)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Client Accounting Services, Bookkeeping, Outsourced Accounting, or Public Accounting Experience with multi-client accounting Proficient in QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Excel Experience recording and categorizing transactions, bank & credit card reconciliations, and general maintenance of supporting documents Ability to identify discrepancies and know when to ask questions •Not required but would be consider a plus if you have the following: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with EOS, Bill, FloQast, or other accounting systems Experience as a day-to-day accounting contact for multiple clients
