(Hybrid) Cash Management Analyst Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting the month-end close process, maintaining transaction databases, and administering payments through online banking portals. Responsibilities Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and necessary reporting. Maintain and update the POS-Bank transaction auto-reconciliation rules database in Oracle, investigating and resolving transaction exceptions. Administer operational and acquisition payments via the online banking portal. Maintain office change data in external databases and the Oracle Cash Management Module. Correspond with field offices to resolve finance-related issues. Participate in transformation projects, such as process automation and bank restructuring. Essential Skills 2-3 years of experience in treasury, banking, cash management, and accounting. Proficiency in Oracle Cash Management Model, cash journal entries, and bank reconciliation. Experience in cash forecasting, cash flow, payment posting, and general ledger management. Knowledge of Excel pivot tables and treasury management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a four-year college or university. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Highly driven with ambition to grow and develop quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think strategically and innovatively while working in a collaborative team setting. Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle competing priorities. Work Environment This role is part of the Cash Management/Treasury department and reports to a manager within the team. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday located in Vienna, VA.
