Certified Public Accountant

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative corporate and real estate accounting team within a highly regarded, growth-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules across multiple entities Maintain intercompany activity and ensure accuracy of the general ledger Analyze variances and support ongoing financial accuracy and transparency Partner with auditors by preparing documentation and coordinating requests Collaborate with tax and legal teams on entity-level transactions and compliance Work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to meet reporting deadlines Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or real estate preferred; industry experience also considered) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or progress toward designation is a plus Strong understanding of GAAP; IFRS exposure beneficial Proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and team-first approach Why Join Strong, team-oriented culture with an emphasis on collaboration and fit Hybrid schedule (2 days remote / 3 days in-office) Competitive compensation up to $90K base (flexible to $95K for the right candidate) + 10% bonus potential Excellent benefits package Generous PTO (5+ weeks including vacation, sick, and floating days) Clear growth path and exposure to leadership Emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility
