Hybrid - Lone Tree, CO (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Pay:
$45/hr This is a contract position expected to run from June 22, 2026 through July 10, 2026. AimHire is partnering exclusively with an international, mission-driven medical device company in Centennial, CO to find a Contract Accountant for their Lone Tree office. This is a high-impact opportunity for a highly skilled accounting professional to step into a critical short-term role and support the business during a key transition period.
Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions within QuickBooks. Perform month-end close activities for May and June 2026. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting processes are completed efficiently. Document accounting procedures and workflows for internal use. Train and support team members on accounting processes and systems. Work independently with minimal oversight to maintain continuity of accounting operations. Assist with additional accounting-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise with QuickBooks, including full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close responsibilities. Ability to independently manage accounting functions without direct supervision or training. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience documenting processes and training others. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate when needed. Available to work a hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. AimHire is an equal opportunity employer. #IND2
