Full-Time | Hybrid About the Corporate Accountant Opportunity Our client is looking to add a Corporate Accountant to its growing accounting and finance team. This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Controller and offers the opportunity to take on a broad range of accounting responsibilities while gaining exposure to leadership. The Corporate Accountant will play an important role in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, identify inefficiencies, and help improve existing accounting processes. There is also strong growth potential for someone looking to take the next step in their accounting career. Corporate Accountant Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close Support financial reporting and account analysis Assist with AP, AR, billing, and collections as needed Prepare reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records Support annual audits and provide requested documentation Assist with process improvements and accounting initiatives Partner directly with the Controller and other members of leadership Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to existing accounting processes Corporate Accountant Qualifications 3–5+ years of accounting experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Strong corporate accounting experience Solid understanding of GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close Exposure to AP, AR, financial reporting, and audit support Strong Excel skills Experience with ERP/accounting systems Proactive personality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$90,000+ depending on experience Year-end bonus Hybrid work schedule 401(k) match Comprehensive health benefits Paid time off Company-sponsored events and team activities Opportunity for continued professional growth #LI-OR2 #LI-Hybrid #
