Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:

Analyze and reconcile inventory and cost accounting activity to the General Ledger Monitor inventory transactions, COGS variances, freight, labor, and manufacturing expenses Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to review standard costs, labor, materials, and overhead Track inventory trends, labor expenses, and headcount metrics Assist with inventory controls, usage adjustments, and reporting commentary Manage the American Express Corporate Credit Card program

Key Requirements:

5+ years of cost accounting and/or operations finance experience 2-3+ years in a manufacturing environment with inventory accounting experience Strong background in inventory, COGS, standard costing, labor/overhead analysis, and variance reporting Experience with Oracle or Oracle Cloud ERP required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Schedule:

Hybrid schedule — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

Pay:

$89,762.36 - $110,100.91 per year
