4-6 months Position Overview The Financial Reporting Professional supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role assists with both routine and non-routine financial tasks, working closely with finance and operational teams to improve processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Monitor financial and operational processes to support accurate and timely reporting. Analyze large datasets for inconsistencies, identify priority issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams. Contribute to projects, guidelines, and process improvements. Generate ideas to improve processes, business methods, or technical components. Support routine and ad-hoc financial reporting tasks. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or HS Diploma with relevant skills. 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (Power BI preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fieldglass for timekeeping. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Details No travel required. Possible conversion to permanent role depending on performance and business needs.
