In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will support the organization's financial integrity and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Additional Notes:
Required experience with GL Accounts and
U.S. GAAP.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries accurately and timely. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and internal controls. Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Prepare and review account reconciliations for balance. Analyze variances and provide explanations to Controller. Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance team Skills needed Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay:
Up to $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
