Why This Role Rocks Join our Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting team as a Lease Specialist and play a key role in supporting a large, dynamic real estate portfolio of 600+ leases. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate and timely rent payments, partner cross-functionally, and keep critical financial data running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this is your chance to make a real difference. This is an on-site position that works a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky What's On Your Plate Manage and maintain lease and landlord data within the CoStar system Prepare weekly and monthly rent payment schedules across a large portfolio Review annual CAM reconciliations and investigate/dispute discrepancies as needed Partner with Legal and Real Estate teams to resolve property-related issues Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate landlord payment setup Communicate lease-related expenses to accounting teams and operators Safeguard confidential financial and lease information Your Recipe for Success Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration, or accounting support Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; experience with Microsoft D365 or similar payment systems a plus Ability to stay organized and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
