Job Description
Payroll Accountant Step into a high-visibility accounting role where your work supports a growing healthcare organization and helps keep critical financial operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands payroll-related accounting or has a strong GL and reconciliation foundation and wants a clear path to advancement.

Maternity, paternity, and adoption benefits Compensation $60,000-$70,000 base salary What You'll Be Doing Prepare payroll-related and other journal entries during month-end close
Reconcile accounts, research variances, and propose corrections
Support invoicing and recurring accounting processes
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
Deliver ad hoc reporting and financial analysis for leadership
Partner with team members and internal departments on accounting needs What You'll Need to be Considered Strong understanding of general ledger activity, debits/credits, and reconciliations
Ability to handle payroll-related journal entries
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced Excel skills
UKG or PeopleSoft experience is a plus How To Apply
